Client: Lovells Housing Project Q3 2001. One of many images produced for a bid for low cost housing in north east manchester. We produced from scanned data a combination of cad drawings and 3d models that were topograhically accurate but also by being parametric would enable rapid changes of detail to layouts and aesthetics. Given the timescale of the project (two weeks) we advised that a NPR (non photorealistic) solution would be a more suitable method than a perhps more usual photorealistic approach which also enabled a greater volume of information to be produced.
